The National Human Services Interoperability Architecture
NHSIA was designed to promote information sharing across human services agencies. NHSIA consists of 7 viewpoint perspectives including business, technical, sharing, reuse, data exchange, data structures and stewardship and operational efficiency.
ReadyCert was originally designed to support the 80 CMS defined business processes that support Medicaid services and collected the information architecture linkages to other state social service agencies and linked program stakeholders. Now ReadyCert can be loaded with any subset of the CMS defined business processes and easily links the viewpoint perspective narratives to shared business services.
