ReadyCert supports the SAMHSA HHS checklist that has long been a part of the grant process. As of October 1,2020, SAMHSA is no longer requiring completion of this single checklist as part of the grant application kit.

 ReadyCert has adapted to this change from a single checklist approach to the new SPF framework adding the SPF 5 step planning process steps with a linkage to artifacts and documentation, risk tracking, and linkages to other CMS and HHS frameworks.  If your agency needs to collect SAMHSA data for inclusion with MITA data, we can configure for collection of Assessment, Capacity, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation data linked directly to the Care Management business processes and categories.
